All returns are subject to Kelly Tillage return goods policy

Return Goods Policy

• New and unused parts may be returned to Kelly Tillage within sixty (60) days of initial order.

• All parts must be in original packaging if received as such. If not a packaging fee will be assessed in addition to the restock fee.
• Special order items are not eligible for return.
• All authorized returns are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restock fee and will be credited to your account minus the restock fee, freight and or packaging fees.
• Shipping costs are not eligible for credit.
• A completed Kelly Tillage Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must accompany parts.
• All return parts are subject to inspection by Kelly Tillage.
• If a part is received damaged Kelly must be notified within 5 days of receipt to receive credit. Any such part is eligible for a return however a Kelly Tillage Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must accompany part.
